Store Policies

Processing Time

  • All orders except the ones including large prints (A2 and 20") and hoodies will be processed and dispatched within 3-5 working days of being placed.

  • All orders for hoodies will be processed and dispatched around 7-10 working days from the cut-off date.

  • All orders for the large scale prints will be processed and dispatched within 7-10 working days of being placed.

Shipping

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping options In the UK and internationally to cater to your needs.

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. Customers can view the shipping costs during the checkout process.

  • Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days within the UK and 7-21 business days internationally, while expedited shipping may arrive sooner.

  • Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

  • Please note that tracking updates may be limited once the package leaves the United States due to international postal service protocols.

Commissioned Work

  • Pricing for commissioned artwork varies depending on factors such as size, complexity, and medium. A detailed quote will be provided after discussing your requirements. A deposit may be required upfront, with the remaining balance due upon completion. The timeline for completion will also be provided during the initial consultation, taking into account the scope of the project and our current workload.

  • A non-refundable deposit is required before any work on your commissioned piece can begin. This deposit ensures that your project is scheduled and reserved in our production queue.

  • Time slots for commissions are not reserved until the deposit is paid in full. We reserve the right to accept other commissions if the deposit is not received within the agreed-upon timeframe.

  • Once work on your commissioned painting has commenced, cancellations are not accepted.

  • In the event that you wish to cancel your commission before work has begun, please notify us as soon as possible. While the initial deposit is non-refundable, we may consider transferring it to a future commission on a case-by-case basis.

  • Upon completion of the artwork, you will be presented with images or a preview of the piece for your approval. Minor adjustments can be made at this stage to ensure your satisfaction.

  • While we strive to paint as close to the reference image or original paintings provided by our clients, it's important to note that our artwork is not intended to be an exact replica.

  • Upon completion and full payment of the commissioned artwork, the client retains full ownership of the piece. However, Arttbyshaf reserves the right to showcase the artwork in our portfolio, website, social media, or promotional materials, unless otherwise specified by the client.

  • Final payment, including any outstanding balance, must be made before the artwork is shipped or collected.

  • Shipping costs and delivery times will be communicated to you prior to finalizing the purchase. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the size of the artwork.

Returns & Exchange

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on any orders unless the items are damaged or defective upon receipt. We take great care to ensure that our products are in perfect condition before they are shipped to you. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to initiate the return or exchange process.

  • If you believe you have received a damaged or defective item, please email us immediately at arttbyshaf@gmail.com. To expedite the process, please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the damage or defect.

  • If you are eligible for an exchange, we will replace the damaged or defective item with a new one, subject to product availability.
